I'm looking for links to any photo collections of the ship models sold at the 2006 Christie's auction. Many years ago, some people had posted some collections and I downloaded several images of the A, but now Im looking for reference of the other ships and cant seem to find any of those online photo collections anymore. Does anyone know of any or have any info that could help?

Ah way back in the day, some of the people who attended it took a lot of personal photos and posted them online... lots of closeups to all of the models on the auction floor prior to the auction itself happening (it was open to the public for three days IIRC)... I have some of them, but at the time I only downloaded ones of the A. Im wishing I had downloaded all of the ones available because I cant seem to find any of those personal photo galleries anymore.. So I had hoped that perhaps someone knew of someone who might still have them available. I gigured Id post in here to see if anyone had any links to some of those people's galleries. The auction listing itself is very limited, Ive already gone through it.
Nevermind, I found the old gallery. It used to be hosted on www.mutara.net however I guess the owner gave up the domain. However its still listed in the wayback machine.

that destroyed enterprise looks a heck of a lot more realistic then the amt model kit singed with a lighter they used for the constellation in doomsday machine!
Ive often wondered that too. Laser scanning and cg resurfacing tools were used in vfx studios at the time, albeit a bit more 'breaking edge' compared to today.
