We saw a Vulcan shuttle in a previous episode, just extrapolate from that. The one on the view screen in this preview has similar parts.

Vulcans ought to have multiple starship design lineages, especially for a warp-faring culture of possibly thousands of years. We already saw wildly different designs between The Motion Picture, TNG, and First Contact/Enterprise. And especially with Discovery informing us that Vulcan has a large, independent, possibly competing space navy, I don't mind seeing new, different, and interesting Vulcan designs.
