Hi everyone, I don't post very often, but just thought I would let anyone in UK know Amazon have some good prices on Blu-rays at the moment. I normally seem to miss the low prices but picked up Enterprise season 1,3 and 4 for just over £15 each. Season 2 is £30 for some odd reason, but...

I know what you mean ... wish I had the day off :P I tried to stay on for the end of Beta event but nothing seemed to happen... a few klingon attacks, but I missed all the Borg stuff :(

Im really looking forward to this in live, played the open beta and liked what I saw. Is there a guild type system? I dont remember seeing one.

The advertising was very poor in the UK I thought.. I saw maybe one TV advert and no posters. I told a few people who didnt know about it, but wanted to see it, so I think they missed alot of viewings. Maybe the DVD sales will correct it.

Re: Size Of The New Enterprise To me the NU 1701 being larger then the Ent-E is just crazy.... I loved the new film, but this is just stupid imo. It should have stayed close to the original ... the time line changes dont explain this and a sudden jump in the size of ship building doesnt add up.

Thats what Countdown was for ..as that was all 24th century stuff

Re: Anyone Else Wanting the "Rebooted" Borg? No ... wrong time and just couldnt see it working. No point in a reboot if it just does the same thing again. I would like to see more about the other federation planets etc.. and not just threats to Earth....

I always liked Enterprise ... mostly ... Nemesis had its moments, but there were too many really crap things that dragged it down. Such a waste of a Romulan themed film.

Well that could have created an Alt time line... its just that the Ent-E crew corrected events so that when they returned to the future it was as they expected it to be. If they had done nothing and just returned they would returned to a borg furture.

I can understand why some people are cross, but when you look at time travel in Star Trek it’s never been consistent and been used to explain what ever they needed it too. So this is the same sort of thing, although on much bigger scale with the big changes. I don’t agree with the idea...

I saw it Friday just after mid day... and loved it. It was about 30% full .. mostly people in their early 20's from what I remeber.

I need to see it again.. but its gotta be one of the top 2 or 3 in my book. TWOK has been my top film for a long time so I think its more of a time will tell thing... for me at least
