I thought she said it was the "power of panic".
I saw the original in the theater and will see this one there as well. I really liked the trailer for this new rendition. Seems I'm in a massive minority of people who liked it though. The youtube downvotes are pretty alarming.
As for people that have a problem with Rey "all of a sudden knowing how to fight with a light saber", the first thing I noticed when she was fighting Ren was that she clearly had no idea how to use the thing. I thought they did a good job of conveying that she was new to it with the way she was...
Kathleen Kennedy confirms that Phasma will return in the next movie:

You do have to be a PlayStation Network Plus member. I grabbed a 3 month card from gamestop for $17.99 just to play this game. Personally I think its been worth it. I'm loving the online play.
I'm going opening day simply because the secrets that the movie holds will be out of the bag after that. If anyone dies, etc. then hints of what happens in the movie will probably be all over the headlines of the news outlets and hard to avoid.
I have bought:
Funko Pop BB-8
Black series figure of Poe in fighter pilot suit
Black series figure of first order Stormtrooper
Lego Poe's X-Wing fighter
Star Wars FA logo tshirt
That being said, I sure hope the movie is good. I did the same prior to Episode I coming out and got all excited...
I enjoyed it from the premiere. I was loving TNG at the time but I was intrigued that we were getting a little something different. I instantly fell in love with it. I noticed that some of the following episodes were still pretty good but not living up to the premiere but it was "Duet" later...
My wife and I saw her about 6 or 7 years ago at DragonCon in Atlanta. As of a couple years ago I remember her website stated something to the effect she would be doing a convention and it being a sort of farewell for conventions. I can't remember where she was to appear though.
This news makes me very sad. She was very interesed in what we had to say when we met her at a convention several years ago. She was asking us a lot of questions and was very engaged in the conversation. She will be missed by many.
RIP
I met her about 6 or 7 years ago at a convention and she was a very nice person and was very interested in talking with us one on one at her table. She will be missed.
RIP
I was a child when the original show was on and loved it to death. I have to say I think this new show looks awesome for a come back show. It looks to be a great way to bring these characters into the modern age of tv and yet still feel like the Muppets. I'm on board.
I couldn't agree more. As a matter of fact I was thinking the other day about how I wish that MeTV would keep the tradition alive should something further happens with Rich Koz's health (he's had two heart attacks, the most recent in 2012). The no-brainer plan would be to bring in Elvira and...
Mark Hamill asks for managed expectations with new movie. Here's the link for his comments:

I think he's tyring to tell us something.
All this talk makes me want to back up my dvds to a hard drive, then back that drive up to another hard drive. Then back up on those hard drives every year or so with a new drive. Okay maybe that's a bit extreme but you get my point. Especially since it doesn't look like we are getting hd ds9...
I remember being on the fence about her after watching the Pilot. By the second episode I was already starting to warm up to her but by "Duet" I was sold, lock, stock and barrel. That's the episode that really gave her an opportunity to shine and she totally took advantage of it.
That's what I thought at first as well. Once I thought about it more I bet they honor the actress by having the character pass away rather than having someone else do it.
RIP, Ms Susi
I'm a HUGE fan of "The Royale". I just love the concept of it, and yeah I know it's a silly concept, but still. Picard reading the novel is a highlight for me.
Actually I love most of the season 2 episodes where as many people find the entire season to be much maligned.
