Lines from fiction you yearn to say in earnest.

I'd just like to point out I infrequently use "Put the bunny back in the box" in situations where people need to shut up and stop bringing certain topics up. Lines I actually have used: "I'm sorry, you're sorry, the whole world's sorry as shit. But you know what? It don't mean a God damn...

which one is your favourite non-Trek space based show?

Farscape, closely followed by Moore's BSG. Other favorites would have to include Firefly and Stargate SG-1, which is not listed but one of its spin-offs is.

James Cameron: "There are too many superhero movies"

Personally, I'd take a Road to Perdition, a Men in Black, a Sin City or an American Splendor over any of those films given the opportunity.

James Cameron: "There are too many superhero movies"

Weren't there only two superhero films this year (Watchmen and X-Men Origins: Wolverine)? What an argument. It'd be more valid to complain about the large amount of sci-fi films released this year (Terminator Salvation, Avatar, Star Trek, District 9, Moon, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen...

mswood and Dorian Thompson- Need Supernatural info

The only other episode I might throw in would be "Time Is On My Side", for reasons that have become pretty clear in recent installments.

Most famous openly gay (American) actor?

How I could forget about her is beyond me. I've had a hopeless, hopeless crush on her since Deadwood.

Thoughts from rewatching the end of season 5

That's actually roughly March, 2005, as the Oceanic Six were rescued and returned to civilization during late December of 2004. Miles was locked up in the shed by Locke about a day or two before Christmas. I recall him touching both of them; didn't he at the very least grab Sayid's arm when...

    Fully Painted Comics

Steve Darnall and Alex Ross did a great book called Uncle Sam in 1997. Give it a look.

    Comic Book BBS?

Comicbookresources.com is probably the best you can get for now. I post on there as Brother Justin Crowe. A lot of the posters have turned into giant jerks lately (a recent thread debating the ethics of Orson Scott Card's worldview comes to mind), but they're harmless if you learn to avoid them.

    Is Fringe any good?

Walter, Peter and Olivia are the three leads. Walter is the heart of the show (his silent breakdown in the diner in 1x19 alone was award-worthy), and is one of the two or three very best characters on TV right now (up there with Gemma Morrow on Sons of Anarchy and Bobby Singer on Supernatural)...

Comic book questions and other ramblings (Possible Spoilers)

Didn't notice the earlier mention; glossed over the post too quickly. The stickier situation being they have to resort to vague commentary regarding previous continuity, as is the case with ROM.

The Micronauts should probably be listed here too, but that's a stickier situation.
