I haven't been on this site in awhile, so I apologize if this has been covered already.
But a new series that takes place after the events of Picard with a new crew aboard the Enterprise-F would be cool.Plenty more stories to tell. It would be a nice change from prequels, and alternate timeline...
LOL! Interesting ideas...
Wouldn't 10 years later in Kelvin time put this crew around year 2 of the original five year mission of TOS? Wouldn't make sense for Kirk to already be promoted to Admiral...and why would there already be an Enterprise-B?

Why do fans keep revisiting the Borg idea? The Borg was cool in TNG universe with their connection to Picard. They blew it IMO when they added the Borg Queen.
To me, it's a totally ridiculous idea for this universe. Hell let's make Trek 4 a remake of Q-Who? if you want to go the Borg route.
KLINGONS!
Into Darkness left some loose ends...
Expand on the conflict that was brewing. How can the Klingon storyline be avoided any longer? They are the Federation's main adversaries!
Yesterday's Enterprise was a phenomenal episode...one of my favorites, but can we please cool it with the time travel movies! It's ridiculous...
Can anybody come up with an original story for this crew that doesn't involve time travel? I guess not. I get that slipping Chris Hemsworth (THOR)...
A movie that has a plot that REMAINS IN THE PRESENT would be wonderful. No time warps, no rips in space that upsets the time contunuum, no visitors from the past or future... just an epic plot in the here and now would be quite refreshing.
I don't need a bluray player. I like to rip my collection to my HTPC to prevent disc swapping. Ripping blurays takes up a lot of HD space, and takes away menu and chapter navigation. The DVD remaster of TOS was fantastic, and not much worse (of at all) to the bluray release. I know because I...
I have been absent for awhile on this forum, and was wondering if in addition to the remastered bluray releases, was the remastered sets of TNG released on DVD?
Sorry if this has been discussed before. Just curious if TNG was made available on DVD in addition to Bluray, as TOS was. And if...
Why do people keep bringing up the Borg?
The Federation doesn't make contact with the Borg for well over 100 years!...and that's only because Q accelerated that by several decades.
The story in the next Trek needs to centered around the Klingons as Into Darkness set up. How totally ridiculous...
I agree! Into Darkness set this up, and it would be great to see it played out. No Dreadnoughts... no time travel...no muddled script that is laden with plot holes... Just a great epic story involving the Klingons. That would be nice...
