Back on the Sadie Sink front, I've not yet seen anybody explain what the point of introducing a pre-Pheonix version of Jean as a villain would be and what Sony gets out of letting Marvel Studios introduce Jean in their (Sony's) movie in the first place.

More tickets sold. More money in Sony's coffers.

1. Jean isn't going to drag viewers to the movie
2. more non-Spider-Man characters being involved actually lessens Sony's profits because Sony has to pay Marvel Studios a bigger production fee to cover licensing costs for said characters

We are all excited about Dunesday happening but I hadn't considered one major drawback. Which one gets IMAX? Do they do alternating days?
More likely someone's gotta move.

1. They might, especially if played by a popular actor from a popular TV show. A ticket is a ticket.
2. I've idea what the Sony/Marvel deal entails and who pays what amount for what in each other's films.

I was thinking that including the character would set up post Doomsday projects.

I don't really see where including that character would be any different then them including Iron Man, and Doctor Strange in the earlier movies, and Hulk in this one. And this is the last movie before Doomsday, and if that character is also in Doomsday, then I don't see a problem with introducing them in Brand New Day first.

I was watching one of the TV promos for Daredevil: Born Again Season 2, and I noticed that we see DD in the black armored costume from the comics, and I was wondering if that's new this season? Or did we see it in one of the Netflix seasons?

We just saw him wearing black. For a good portion of the series.

Easter egg?

The brand of Keg is called "The green Jackal"

And now rumor is that Keith David is playing "The Jackal"

Now, that could be interesting. Of course, that could lead into the Clone Saga, which I despised but would be preferable to potentially The Other.

Word is Dune has secured exclusivity for IMAX, meaning Doomsday will only be on regular screens. Though, in the US at least, there's only 400 screens where both will be aiming at 3,500-4,000 screens, so not having IMAX may not be that impactful. Though the extra income from IMAX screens, where IMAX tickets are more expensive, will no doubt be missed it might not be as significant a differential.
