Yeah, unfortunately I'm familiar with how they do things! I never got into Marvel that much though. I've seen a few of the movies here and there, but Spider-Man and Iron Man are the only ones I really remember. I've always preferred the DC characters, especially in the DCAU shows!Uh...Have You MET Marvel????
On the subject of Batgirl, seriously don't get your hopes up. Remember that Zaslav didn't just block its release out of spite, he also used it as a tax write-off under a rule designed to partially help companies recover from terrible decisions made by recently replaced leadership. Essentially WB made a legal committment to the IRS that Batgirl is completely unreleasable and a financial burden to the company. Turning around and making money from it now would not likely be appreciated by the auditors.
Apple has emerged as the leading contender to buy WBD, but only for the intellectual properties.
