Just got the final digital supplement in my email, with THREE new stories, including mine.
Same here! For those wondering about the stories:
So I guess that's the last of the digital supplements we'll see. We just heard news today that the federal government was looking to order the striking Canada Post workers back to work, so I guess I'll see when (or if) the physical copies of issues 13 and 14 show up...
- "My Name is Mudd", by Craig Shemin
- "The Lost Noel", by @Greg Cox (this one caught me off guard a little, because in this post Greg called it "The Last Noel"), a TOS-era story
- "Into the Cardassian Quagmire", by Adeena Mignogna, a Lost Era story. (On a side note, I really appreciate the name of the ship in this one!)
So after all that, I'm not even sure if issue 14 is coming. Not to mention that I haven't received issue 13 yet, and a postal strike just started on Friday here, so it may be a long while before it arrives.

I've also been informed, via another another channel, that my final story for the magazine will be in the digital supplement for #14, with plans to reprint it in a future hardcover collection.
Not yet, alas.Any news on the next hardcover collection?
Same thing has happened to me. I don’t expect to ever receive my author's copy of Issue #14.I still haven't received my copy of the final issue, nor the special foil one that I ordered. radio silence when I emailed them about it to, other than to tell me that it was the american wing of the company that should handle it.
I'm expecting that I'll never see those items![]()

well dang I actually didn't notice the free shipping proclamation in the email (it IS there though!) and didnt' even blink at the $20 shipping charge for the 7 books I ordered, figured $13 a book was just as good as $10. I've sent an email in asking about the shipping situation, I'll post here when/if I get an update from them.Hmmm… I just went to the Another Universe website, put the four Star Trek Explorer Presents books (which were indeed $10 each) in my cart, and started to finish the checking out process only to find that they were going to tack on $20 for the shipping to my address in Florida. I didn’t see anything there to take the shipping fee off. Was there a special link or sale code or something in the email you guys got?

I did laugh that they dropped the email at what I assume is close of business on a Friday in the UK. Titan's customer service in the US hasn't impressed me much, so we'll likely not hear back from them until mid weekI had the same issue. The email and ad both hype the "free shipping," but when I went to check-out, I got quoted a $20 shipping charge. And, no, I can't find any sort of bargain code in the email either.
Dropped an email to customer service, but haven't got a response yet.
