The big question is how does Barry get out of the Speed Force prison. I see three possibilities:
    1) The Speed Force let's Barry out saying that he has learned his lesson and Earth needs him. The Speed Force closes the prison after it has served its purpose.
    2) Team Flash uses the speed force bazooka to free Barry and close the prison for good. Cisco did use it to free Jay Garrick so maybe with some modifications, it can also close the prison?
    3) Another speedster offers to take his place. (unlikely)

I'll see that and raise you 30-35 seconds. As in it'll either happen right off the bat, or he's already out but for some reason not reuniting with Team Flash.

Considering that, in the comics, Wally was the Flash for decades, I wouldn't be surprised if they gave him at least a 2- or 3-episode arc as the Flash in the show, alongside scenes of Barry having his own experiences in the Speed Force. Maybe the Force would release him because of some developing situation that required his help.

Wally should do the opening narration for the first episode.

I'm going to offer a fourth option. Barry in the speed force will be a character development time; Barry will learn that he is not a servant of the speed force and finds a way for the force to balance itself before he leaves.

Barry: Mom, can I go out now?
SpeedForce Mom: Did you finish your homework?
    Barry: ...yes?
    SpeedForce Mom: *scowling look*
Barry: *resigned* Not yet... * sigh*

I'm sure plenty of Wally West fans would be thrilled to hear him finally utter the line that was his to begin with in the comics.

My honest guess is he'll stay until the closing few minutes of Episode 1. I won't watch more then about 5 minutes of speed force stuff though, so for me I think I'll see him out of the speed force at the beginning of Episode 2.

I am picturing Barry in a Speed Force "classroom" forced to write on a black board a million times, "I will not time travel into the past".

This Iris as Bart's grandmother, may explain his hair.

Captain Boomerang as his half step uncleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee... Step daddy?

    That's a colossal load of...

Eobard Thawne's great great great, add a few, grand mother boffed Barry's son, which is where Bart came from, and then she Boffed lost in time still relatively young Captain Boomerang, which spawned Bart's half brother "Captain Boomerang Junior".

So Captain Boomerang is Barry's step son in law?

    Garret's hair. :guffaw:

It's as if he's trying to prove that he's as tall as Robbie McNiel is, with gel.
