Why do people judge gamers?

Yea it is a little strange. I got a MadCatz Game Cube controller for my Wii, and it took some time to get used to. Now it's almost second nature.

To a point. There are some games (*cough*Fable*cough*) I wish weren't exclusive... since I'd never get an Xbox. There just aren't enough games out on it to warrant a purchase.

Yes it helps with competition, but it can be a double edged sword, when a company starts to rely on them and not on developing new ips to draw in customers.

Fable 1 and 3 got a PC release....
Fable 1 is 66% off on Steam right now, Fable 3 was available last year but no more it seems...

Why do people judge gamers? Because their brains have turned to mush after sitting so long in front of the TV. I don't know what their problem is with gamers though. Still play at 63, though nothing new.

Ah. Cool. Not sure if my laptop could handle it though . It's a Gateway... so I figure playing that kind of game might cause it to heat up too much. It's a good computer for what it's worth, but that kind of stress might be too much for it. Stupid badly designed place for fans and such .

I was in this redneck bar the other day having a beer and talking to the waitress about video games - and she brought up the subject. That certainly didn't happen 10 or 15 years ago so no idea who in this day and age looks down on video gamers except old people.
