So, how long until we succumb to summer TV mediocrity syndrome and surrender to getting interested in Big Brother? We have a month grace period and the HBO series haven't ended yet. And maybe that show where 2% of the world's population vanishes suddenly isn't as dumb as it looks.
I wonder what Big Brother will be this summer. Models vs Actors? IQ 60s vs IQ 80s? Shallow vs Superficial? Horrible human being vs Incredibly horrible human being? Racist vs Sexist?
Aww, I'm a huge BB fan.

But my opinion of BB is that if you aren't going to go all in and obsess over the live feeds, then it's really not worth watching at all. The three hours a week on CBS are really just irrelevant fluff. The real show is the feeds and it's really very fascinating to me. There's so much more strategy going on than they could ever show in just three hours a week. And some of the personalities that they edit people into on the TV show are completely different than what they really are.
I have to say though, that last season of BB was the worst one ever, and I think most fans will agree with that. I had to stop watching the feeds because the contestants just sickened me with the things they were saying. It was really bad. Racism and homophobia all over the place. But I swear it's not usually like that. I mean there will always be assholes in any situation, but last year was just ridiculous. But that's also part of why I love BB, people start to get comfortable and forget about the cameras and you start to see them as they really are - and sometimes they shine, and sometimes they are bigoted assholes.
