I have this entire series on DVD, I see no reason to buy Blu-ray. It's not like the picture could be that much better.

Hey hold on a second there buddy. The Beverly Hillbillies was one of the funniest shows of my childhood.

In any event I don't believe anyone was criticizing you for starting the thread. I think we're just commenting on whether or not a Blu-ray of this particular series is necessary so soon after it came out on DVD and for that price

I saw season one on DVD in Wal-Mart just a few minutes ago for $9.96.

The Beverly Hillbillies was one of the funniest shows of my childhood.

Especially the first handful of episodes, kinda like Lost In Space.
