I love poop talk. I don't understand why people are so put off by it. Everybody does it, and it can be a good way to gauge your health and diet.

Exactly. Thinking of poop discussions as being "low" is a cultural thing. It's a natural body function. Not being able to poop is a very serious medical condition.

Since I had a colonoscopy and an endoscopy yesterday, poop has definitely been on my mind lately!
