Finally got my Marvel Legends Infinite Series Superior Spider-Man yesterday! Just love him, not as much as the Amazing 2 figure, but Otto-Peter is outstanding! Next batch of figures I'll probably be getting will be the Crime Syndicate trinity, and then Guardians when they start to ship in a couple months.

Pete Wisdom has joined my Shelf Avengers. He is so tiny!

"My God, Pete, what happened to you?" "Someone gave me an overdose of Pym Particles, I guess. They didn't mix well with my mutant ability..."

Iron Man is amused. "Your fingers turn into 'fire knives'. So basically, your mutant talent is you can slice and toast bread with one swipe of your hand."

Pete wasn't amused, but he did make some Peeps S'Mores for the gang. Actually, he overdid it.

I was very happy to see the lineup for the next Black Series 6" wave this morning. :techman: I just hope neither are going to be as shortpacked as they were before.

I know, right? Awesome news for collectors indeed! A case assortment with a Boba Fett, a Stormtrooper, the very first 6" Clone Trooper and an Anakin with interchangeable "good guy/Jedi" and "bad guy/Sith" heads? Now this is the kind of case assortment they should have planned all along instead of their original plan to carry forward more and more Obi-Wans.

They've delayed the new 6" Chewbacca until the newer design for the Black Series window boxes debuts, but if that means we get more of the figures we've been wanting and can't find then I don't really mind. Besides, Chewie will look better in a taller box with a larger window.

At first I was rather annoyed that there was only going to be two new figures in this wave but the more I thought about it the better I liked it. I don't need a second Boba Fett but I really want an extra Stormtrooper. Actually I would like to have three more for a total of four. I am still a little disappointed that Chewie will have to wait but I can live with it. :bolian:

They're pretty amusing, KM. :) You know, in a very warped and weird alternate reality I could see Tony Stark eating Peeps S'mores. Don't ask. I can picture it, though.

Don't worry about the reception over at Tumblr. Sometimes people don't appreciate quality.

Once again, I just wish there was an action figure of Pete Wisdom. The HeroClix is just too tiny. :( I may have to go ahead and have one custom made!

ah, maybe this time i can actually find Boba Fett. i refuse to pay scalpers $40 or whatever they're asking. i feel like $20 at retail is almost asking too much to begin with.

^ Actually $40 would be cheap! Most are going from $60 to $120. I have even seen a few that were marked at $200. I am beginning to think those particular Bobas have "rip-off" printed in large bold letters on the back of all ten of the Wave 2 figures they made. Truthfully, I only think there are ten in existence. I am still shocked I managed to land one at all!

The only reason I have my Boba is because of pure, dumb luck two days before Christmas. Logic says there shouldn't have been a 6" Boba Fett on the shelf at my Target at that point, but he was. Timing is often 99% of our hobby.

The SDCC Boba Fett with the Carbonite Han is even more expensive on the secondary market. The Carbonite Han all by himself often costs more than any of the store-bought 6" figures. I imagine once Darth Vader with the removable dome and facial mask is released he'll be just as hot and popular as either version of Boba.

Yeah, Hasbro may as well do a case of just Vaders.

I'm ready to launch all Leias and Greedos into the sun. I am tired of seeing them and only them on every Black Series peg in the area.

KM, in 6" scale a Dark Knight Rises Movie Masters Alfred would make a great Pete Wisdom base. As for 3 3/4" scale, I can't even think of any suited figures. I'm probably missing something obvious, though.

^Yeah, a 6 inch figure would be too big. I've seen some custom Pete figures that came out really well in 4 inch.

A quick look shows one that trimmed down a force lighting hand from a Star Wars figure to make his finger blades That's pretty ingenious. I'm thinking as far as customs go, Pete is a pretty simple one.

Yeah, just need to find a figure that wears a suit and not a costume. Pete wouldn't be caught DEAD in spandex.

Love the use of the Batman '66 action figures and Scotty! SyFy couldn't air something this good if they tried. :)

It's been a long road, but the end is finally here. The final part of my comic that somehow made it without a title this entire time:
