Obviously, the next crossover they attempt after Batman and Superman should be Batman and Godzilla. Have the two of them work together to stop the tag-team of the Joker and Mothra...

Make it King Ghidorah. Mothra's usually a heroic kaiju, or a morally neutral force of nature, or a couple of times a mind-controlled weapon of aliens, but never outright evil. King Ghidorah, on the other hand, is the top recurring villain of the franchise, almost always portrayed as the most malevolent of all kaiju (with just one exception). So he's the "Joker" of the franchise. (Or maybe its Red Skull or Baron von Strucker, since his name is a Japanese approximation of "King Hydra.")

Well, I only chose Mothra because it was the first name that popped in my head, but yeah, if King Ghidorah is the more likely contender to join forces with the Joker against Batman and Godzilla than I know what movie I want to see in 2017 or whenever.

I could never really like that design for Godzilla. Looks like one of those hideously outdated ideas about dinosaurs with that upright pose.
