If you have the same restrictions on Netflix that I do be aware that there are like five special between series 4 and 5 that they don't have.
I know, right? I got my hopes up there for a bit...not that I hate the current companion but I love Donna.

For my Netflix, S4 contains 18 episodes, from "Voyage of the Damned" to "The End of Time: Part 2.” S5 contains 13 episodes, from "The Eleventh Hour" to "The Big Bang." So, are there missing eps between "The End of Time: Part 2" and "The Eleventh Hour"?
Or, as I note that S4 has five more episodes than any other, am I right in guessing that those extra five eps are the five specials to which you refer?

Then you have a better version of Netflix then I do in Sweden, here S4 only goes as far as "The Next Doctor", which leaves four more episodes to go. And they're a HUGE chunk of the storyline and if you don't see them you'll be utterly confused when starting S5. But seems it's gonna go fine for you then. Enjoy!
