My wife and I went to a little show yesterday.
The set:
Intermission. Note the old shoes in the spotlight. These are the shoes worn by Ian McKellen's character and placed there by him at the end of the first act.
After the show we waited near the actor's exit.

My wife and I got separated while we were waiting, but here's a little selfie of me with a certain knight you might all recognize
By the time he go to my wife I was able to catch up with her and was able to snap this picture of my wife and Sir Ian.
Unfortunately, although he was the first one out the door, Patrick Stewart did not stop to sign autographs. It's really too bad because we would have had our Playbill signed by the whole cast if he had stopped. Plus I would have gotten to meet Patrick Stewart.
It was a bit of a bummer but it was still a great time.
