50th Is "The Day Of The Doctor" (And Is 75 Minutes)

Well, I did not know that Rory was the one who was going to destroy Gallifrey, but other than that this scene was pretty much a given since The Name of the Doctor, or perhaps ever since the Doctor first mentioned he had done it. I don't remember when that was, but it was the Ninth Doctor, right?

Or are you implying they are... Oh shit... There goes the universe.

ETA: If they aren't, living through the worst moment of your life three times together with all of your friends must be one hell of a downer.

That trailer sucks. Completely silent in my right ear. What are BBC thinking? People have two ears, completely unrealistic to hear sound in only one. Were there any words in it? I am little deaf on the left side, it sounded like they were talking gibberish.

"You've redecorated. I don't like it."

I knew they wouldn't resist that one.
I agree with Ten. Never liked the 1987 Music Video Set TARDIS.

Further observations of the longer trailer:

Liked the screwdriver comparison.

Why is Clara crying?

I wonder what Hurt Doctor means when he says "I'm ready."

What version of Rose is this?

The sound and video is a bit screwed up in this trailer. I hope BBC uploads a cleaner version.

It's only in the past 3 decades that TV has been in stereo at all.

That's odd -- for me, the sound is exclusively in the left channel.

I could hear it in both ears but the sound is definitely wonky. Like they didn't finish mixing it for this trailer. In the 40 second version, the sound is fine.

I'm trying to stay spoiler-free so I haven't read the rest of this thread so sorry if this has been mentioned a ton but I think it's so cool that BBC America is going to air this simultaneously with the UK.

When as a kid I played mono vinyl records with a needle I stole from my mum, I could hear the mono sounds with both my ears. Which is not to say that this sounds were pleasant or that the records liked it, but having my undamaged child hearing and relying on my both ears, I could make out more than what I made out in that trailer. When the teenage boys at BBC upload YouTube videos with broken sound, they are being inconsiderate to old people, and to young people who have attended rock concerts without earplugs.

God you're a whiny bitch.

Listen to it without headphones. Problem solved.

AT LAST! We get to see what the Comic-Con fans saw or at least 90% of it.

There was one scene mentioned where 11 is hanging from the TARDIS and he says "I remember this!"

At first I thought this was the 11th Doctor, but the hair (wig) looks too long:

Plus, that has to be Kate Stewart. Also, didn't Matt Smith cut his hair after the shotting of TDOTD? I thought the wig was for the Christmas Special only.
