    To set the record straight, I just re-watched the episode, and was misremembering this detail. OTOH, I found Louvois's old flame angle with Picard to be overplayed, making her look very unprofessional at several points.

    I mainly remember her appearances in the original Hawaii Five-O. It was strange, they seemed to be setting her up as a new regular. Her character was pretty good, but it didn't quite happen. No idea what that was all about... :shrug:

    To clarify, I meant that it made the character look unprofessional...though the actress's delivery having all the subtlety and nuance of a sledgehammer contributed to the problem.
