Simple photo-manipulation request

Hi,

I was wondering if someone might be able to do a very quick photo manipulation of Laura Bertram from this or this picture, giving her Trance Gemini's pointed ears. I can do a few things, but ears are still beyond my reach. Thanks!

I took these two screen grabs from episode 103 and 201 if those help in any way. She's not exactly Vulcan, but kind of close.

One last question - do you know how to make her skin slightly 'sparkly'? In all the close-ups it had a slight sparkle to it, and I've seen girls do that on dates before. If not, absolutely no worries. For the storyline, she's undercover as a human, which would explain the 'normal' skintone.
