Regret? Didn't see that. Boredom more like it.
I'm pretty sure Irisa's look was one of regret more than anything else.

I don't know why, but I was getting a strange Fallout: New Vegas feeling while watching this episode.
So now it's Fallout: The Alien Nation of Deadwood.![]()
Castalon (sp?)
I was ticked off that our lawgiver turned his prisoner over to one of the ambassador's minions. What a rookie move.
I thought she just looked confused in that final shot.
I'm just not sure what she's confused about... her human lover, her Castalon (sp?) torturer, her biological parents, her human "father's" reaction to recent events?
Really enjoyed this episode. We got some interesting world building, and some good stuff in both the A and B stories. I knew we obviously weren't supposed to like the E-Rep Ambassador, but I didn't expect her to be full on evil. I also liked the backstory stuff we got for Irisa. I'm not quite sure what to make of her hooking up with the Deputy guy at the end.
Not sure how I feel about the DJ bit. That doesn't feel right; I can't imagine his parents would approve of something like that. They would probably find it too "human" and undignified.
She definitely looks bored shitless after they finish the love humping. It's very obvious and I think we are supposed to see it.
And speaking of expressions..
Why is this guy sleeping so peacefully with a little smile on his face when his wife has betrayed him, caused the death of his co-husband, planned for him to be expendable and now he's marooned in the desert and possibly gonna die?
