The Action Figure and Toy Collecting and Discussion Thread!

Hilarious!

You would think that Hulk would be the one with the strongest constitution. Just how much did he drink?

Also props to Clint for passing out and somehow managing to not spill his drink.

Loki spiked the drinks with something. Otherwise Stark would still be standing, too.

It's a long way off, but I have ideas for July 4th. Going to have to shop for props, though.

We now need Stark, Banner, and Barton waking up and going on a zany adventure trying tofigure out what the heck happened last night.

The morning after:

Poor Clint.

So glad I saved so many of my childhood toys. They're useful props!

Any idea why this is so much money?

Thanks!

Wish I could tell you. I don't collect Hot Wheels so I'm not too familiar with the valuable versions or variations of their cars. I don't know if anybody else who reads and posts in the thread can help you, but we'll see. I'm sure there's a reason. Every toy and collectible that costs way too much has a reason, even if it's kind of lame.

The international-exclusive waves of Clone Wars and Movie Heroes are now available on Amazon. The prices for the figures themselves are about on par with all the other online dealers, but if you're an American collector interested in ordering them (since they won't be coming to U.S. stores) and want to save a little on shipping and handling compared to other sites you might want to take a look and see if it's a good deal for you.

Liquor of any kind would probably calm Hulk down enough to revert him back to Banner :)

Tony...oh dear. Having another Demon in the Bottle episode...that was awesome.

Hasbro might as well go ahead and release a more adult-themed action figure of Tony Stark with several bottles of booze as accessories. He's as legendary for his love of the drink as he is for being Iron Man.

You'd buy him. And you know it.

He needs a bunch of bimbo figures to hang around him, too. Pepper wouldn't approve, though.

Has there ever been a Pepper figure? I'd love one, and a Maria Hill, too. Tasha's tired of being the only girl.

Well, as there isn't a plain old Banner figure (that I know of), drunk!Hulk had to do.

I would love a Hill and Pepper figure...I don't recall that there has ever been one, although if Pepper dons her Rescue armour in "Iron Man 3" like I think she might...we could get a figure for her at some point.

A Gwyneth Paltrow action figure? Has she ever had one made of her? I always thought some company put out a Pepper collectible at some point after the success of the first film but I could be mistaken.

I've never seen Pepper in any form. The only Maria I've seen is comic, not movie, based.

Maybe I'll introduce Black Widow to some of my Trek ladies. She and Kira would get along fine.

Yeah there was a Heroic Age Maria Hill figure I believe in 3.75...but not anything in the "Avengers" line. I hate this female figures don't sell policy the companies same to have.
