Same here. I just worry that if Lee could exert as much influence as he did over a veteran bigwig like Johns, how much would he over someone like Snyder, who beloved though he is, is still one of the "new kids on the block" so to speak.

Yeah exactly. I get wanting input into the characters you're collaborating on...but to take it up that notch and actually have influence into the writing and plotting...Lee should just write and draw a book if that is what he wants to do. We've seen examples of this in the New 52. Francis Manipul comes to mind and he seems to be doing great work on "The Flash" for the most part. If that is what Lee wants to do then he should just do so.
You have literally no idea what you are talking about. The worst parts of Cry For Justice was stuff that DC Editorial had dreamt up from some bad LSD trip. It was entirely a plan they had cooked up to get rid many of the fictional cities in the DCU and to have a massive body count to sell comics. Robinson was the guy who managed to ameliorate the worst aspects of CfJ and convinced them not to go through with the plan to get rid of those fictional cities like Central City/Keystone/Star City/Coast City/Fawcett City/Happy Harbor/Ivy Town. So blaming him for CfJ is ridiculous, the entire piece of bullshit was DC Editorial's baby that they stamped his name on.
I don't know if I would call the Flash great so far. The first two arcs were good, but the Gorilla Warfare arc was just a boring slog. I'm so glad that it's over. I came very, very close to dropping the book. Only my undying love of the character kept me from doing so. I really hope the upcoming Reverse-Flash arc redeems it.

Yea LSH has been a train wreck. More interested in the current arc than any since the start. The gorilla story in Flash has been so slow building and I think it has only been four issues.
Have enjoyed all of JLD so far, and Injustice Gods among us #2 was very good.

The guys on Flash don't know what they are doing. At least Geoff John had a reason for being terrible and that was having all his longterm Flash plans scuttled.

Just finished the Resurrection Man trade. It's definitely an interesting concept to have a hero that comes back to life with a new power every time he dies. However, I can't say I think they executed it as well as they could. Mitch dies too often. It'd be nice if the books took more time exploring his newest power, and seeing him use them for more than a few pages before being offed by someone.
I also think the whole heave/hell, precious soul stuff is a tad bit cliche. The storyline might have benefited if it focused more on his amnesia, search for answers, and dealing with his various powers without throwing that in there. Kinda sad this got cancelled. It really could have gone somewhere great.

Resurrection Man has a rather annoying concept where the guy whose power involves dying ends up dying all the freaking time, while everyone else can go years without dying without much trouble at all. Sure, you might make the argument that he's less likely to be really careful about not dying than everyone else, but still...
Well, I think the best way to approach Mitch is that he's perceived as suicidal because he's often trying for a better super power. By the time he has one he likes, Mitch has built up a reputation as bring a crazy guy who doesn't value life; so people shoot first due to fear that his actions may kill them too.
That's a fine approach, but it is not the way it was addressed in the comics. Really, this could have been a great idea if he didn't die every single issue--it took Snyder a year to tell his first Batman arc--no reason why Mitch couldn't last a year before dying.

So Harper Row will not be Robin? I guess Batman would not be eager to allow anyone else to take up the mantle after this. I'll look forward to seeing more of the Bat-Family teaming up with him though, especially Red Robin and Red Hood being outside of their fairly dreadful regular books.

I don't think it's known one way or another the part Harper will play in Bruce's life, but she will be some sort of sidekick. I've also seen suggestions she could be Spoiler II

I'm guessing it'll be a while before Batman recruits a new Robin, it's not like a position just opened up and he puts out a want ad or starts taking resumes.
After Jason Todd died didn't it take a good deal of time before he took on another Robin?So the new title may be "Batman and..." for now but eventually Batman will take on another Robin (Harper, please!) and the title will go back to "Batman and Robin."
So there's going to be "Superman Unchained" and then there's also going to be the "Superman/Batman" title?
"Superman: Unchained" by Snyder and Lee yes, and Batman/Superman by Greg Pak and Jai Lee.
And I was just thinning out my pulls. Now I'm going to end up getting more.
