If you've got any questions or concerns particularly about the textures, let me know (I've cleared out some messages, and I think you have my email). I've no doubt that they could use refinement in several places.
I haven't decided what I might do with the mesh in terms of a wider release. I think of it as being in beta right now. I might even remodel some parts of the assembly in a pretty noticable way.
I just adore this. It's everything 2009 Enterprise should have been but wasn't ... and I say that as one who likes the 2009 Enterprise.

I personally find your design leaps and bounds above what we are currently seeing on the big screen. I am extremely jealous. I have the vision but lack the talent to bring my designs to such magnificent life as you do. Extraordinary work! Truly love it.
