Just an excellent movie. I really enjoyed everything about it. I won't say it's my favorite of Craig's films yet, it needs a bit more time to sink in, but I'd say it's easily better than Quantum of Solace (which IMO wasn't "bad" so much as aggressively mediocre). I loved all the little gags and callbacks to the history of James Bond. I also enjoyed Ben Whishaw's Q, but I'm not familiar with The IT Crowd so I didn't recognize any of the similarities others have mentioned.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who was half-expecting Kincade to be played by Sean Connery.
To be honest, I wish that had happened. I can understand why Mendes decided not to go in that direction, but I think it would have been neat.
