I took my brother and my parents out for dinner tonight since it's my birthday this sunday...
Me and my brother had a couple of beers:

laika, you would fit in completely at the bar where I work. Hippies everywhere! :p

Anywho, here's me and my Equinox Beard after 14 days. I made an angry face. I don't know why.

Bumped into world vespa day quite by accident...

St Paul's in the afternoon light...

What a lovely bunch of folks we have here. :)

I won't ruin it by posting my own pic. Age is starting to get the better of me. It happens. :)

My newest chainmail project.

How's it sit? Pretty cunning, don't ya think?

Would it actually serve a purpose? Any blow to the head would likely knock you out.

It might not cleave you in two, but you'd be on the ground...where you would be cleaved in two.

The last photo looks like runner beans to me, not green beans. If they are green beans they're freaking huge. Everything from your mother's garden looks very tasty.

Mystery solved- you were right. They're red runner beans. Mom only planted a few.

Just the beans inside. The pods are too tough and bitter at that size. Although they might be tasty if you pick them young.

I know this last one is supposed to be
St Paul's in the afternoon light...

but it kind of works this way, too:

Not sure why, exactly. It just does.

Hi M'Sharak! How're you doing? :) Did you put a tweaked pic in your above post(?), because if you did, I can't see it...

If you mean was the photo originally taken upside down, I think it was, then I may have turned it the other way again after the fact... it was a while ago during that summer! Already missing that kind of light...
