Shia LaBeouf is done with blockbusters and will have real sex in movie

Re: Shia LaBeouf is done with blockbusters and will have real sex in m

He is completely repulsive. Why would anyone want to watch this man naked and having sex simulated or unsimulated.

I miss the innocent child actor on "Even Stevens."

Or the one who played Herbie the Mascot on an episode of Freaks and Geeks.

His attempts at publicity are absolutely embarrassing. Shia and his broken toy hand need to go away.

If the only argument to watch a film is "unsimulated sex", it's porn, nothing more, nothing less.

Re: Shia LaBeouf is done with blockbusters and will have real sex in m

I fell asleep at least 17 times on the first TRANSFORMERS, skipped the second and walked out of the theater at the third's halfway point. When Shia barked that he ''had to put up with a lot of s--t,'' I understood COMPLETELY. I tolerated WALL STREET 2, because at least Carey Mulligan and Michael Douglas were attempting good performances. As for the abominable INDIANA JONES AND THE CRYSTAL SKULL, Spielberg was no less atrocious than Shia. Still, to do three TRANSFORMERS plus INDY 4, and THEN to call out how crappy the films are is painfully obvious, hypocritical and a bit late.
Granted Gene Hackman and Burt Lancaster slammed THE POSEIDON ADVENTURE and AIRPORT after getting paychecks for their roles, so Shia's viewpoint is true, if not new. The
difference is, those two films were vastly better than INDY 4 or the TRANSFORMERS trilogy. If only an actor would speak out by refusing the role instead. The thing is, even Sean Penn, two-time actor winner, had to play a goofy stoner in a teen comedy to get future respectability. Would Penn play such a comedic part now? I doubt it.

Good for him, I suppose. He probably feels frustrated that Hollywood scripts haven't given him his full potential. What he probably needs is a good drama to show off his acting range.

I'd be slightly more interested if it was Megan Fox.

Hasn't Shia always defended Michael Bay and these movies? I guess he wants us all to know he's a serious artiste now.

I think that was part of his job. The actors have to promote the films and part of that is defending the director, even if he doesn't deserve it.

Speaking of Terrence Malick (Shia's new idol, apparently): am I the only person who hated The Thin Red Line? It's one of the few movies that I've stopped watching half-way through.

I may be the only one on this front, but I liked it more than Saving Private Ryan.

I think the Thin Red Line may well be one of the most realistic war films ever made...war is mainly sitting around being bored for hours waiting for a few minutes of action right?

Oddly enough, that's what I liked about it.

On that note:

At the Venice Film Festival premiere of "To the Wonder" -- Terrence's Malick's second film to debut in the last 16 months, but only sixth since 1973 -- audience members reportedly booed the romantic drama, much to the consternation of some critics in attendance.

"Booing a Terrence Malick film! Wow, almost as courageous and commendable as kicking Gandhi in the face," wrote Variety critic Justin Chang on Twitter. "Good job, guys."

Film critic Guy Lodge was equally appalled.

"Enough with the booing, people," Lodge tweeted. "You're professionals. Supposedly. Shut the f--k up."

LeBouf might suprise me but someone like James Purefoy would deserve to be a star not him. He is never scary when has to show anger.
