It's a style choice - Picard and Sisko aren't really bald, they just shave their heads to resemble their idol, the great Captain Robau.

The great Mr. Shishkabob.![]()
Reasons? Well it's surgery, there's anesthesia involved, there's usually a scar involve where you really don't want any, they don't alway turn out right, they sometime feel unnaturally hard, there's a minor social stigma to having "fake ones," not all men think bigger is better. We have the technology today to alter them, so there's no reason any woman should have less than a full bosom

I'd say either it was glandular....or he simply went and let himself go. I seen people pack on weight in weeks. Plus look at the difference between Mr. Cochraine in TOS and First Contact. I always felt the radiation and maybe chemical weapons from the war done some sorta mutation or maybe radiation sickness....maybe gigantism....which might also explain why he went to the bottle....since liquer is decent pain killer, and probably since it was the easiest to aquire/make as well.Don't forget poor Scotty. And since the in-universe time between movies II, III, IV and V was weeks not the years we waited IRL, he got big at warp factor 9.
Well, maybe that some don't CARE to have a full one. I know many girls...which include genetic females and male to female transexxuals....what are either small on top, or as flat as a board....and are perfectly fine and happy as they are. When I make picures of my charcters, I often make the feminine ones with smaller chests, anyhow. We have the technology today to alter them, so there's no reason any woman should have less than a full bosom
Ah. Mh.He became pretty much became a kabob. The great Mr. Shishkabob.![]()

It was those Klingon food packs that game him a "sour stomache".Don't forget poor Scotty. And since the in-universe time between movies II, III, IV and V was weeks not the years we waited IRL, he got big at warp factor 9.
This is probably going to veer us off topic, and that's not my intention, but are there really only weeks between those four films?Don't forget poor Scotty. And since the in-universe time between movies II, III, IV and V was weeks not the years we waited IRL, he got big at warp factor 9.
And YET.. no bald women. Other than Ilia and probably some other non-humans.
Ilia was creepy.
He became pretty much became a kabob.

Riker got a little "stout" and so did Troi (in TATV), now surely this would also be something that future medicine or future nutrition could fix?
