Red Dwarf series 9 (or is it 10?) in 2012 confirmed by Craig Charles

Re: Red Dwarf series 9 (or is it 10?) in 2012 confirmed by Craig Charl

Pardon my ignorance but what is "Dave TV"?

Re: Red Dwarf series 9 (or is it 10?) in 2012 confirmed by Craig Charl

It's the TV channel that's producing/airing it.

Hard to judge what the final product will be like, but I like Kryten's bit at the beginning. I hope it will be good.

I never saw the BTE ones that everyone was wailing about but I have to say those clips look mighty fine.

BTE works much better in one sitting as opposed to episodes.

I watched Red Dwarf last year on Netflix up until BTE and lost interest. I suppose I'll get around to it, but judging by the popular opinion here, I need not rush to it.

Seems back to more traditional Dwarf rather than the POS BTE. So is Kochanski not in this?

Did she abondon ship in blue midget prior to "Back to Earth" and given this follows on from that. I would say not.

That looked great! Seems they haven't missed a beat. The actors, I mean, will wait to see how the writing is, though I am one of the two people who enjoyed series 7. So maybe I'm just easy to please.

All the Red Dwarf seasons have had their moments.

You're lying.

I think you would enjoy it just for the parody BR stuff, I know I did. It's painfully clumsily done in places too, but still highly entertaining, some of the parody is actually quite well done as well. A mixed bag.

Not very funny though.

Looks like Dave gets a Fathers Day card from Jim & Bexley in the alternate dimension.

I wonder how long it takes the post office to deliver between dimensions? 3 million years is about average for 2nd class post.

Huh, just came back here and was reminded of this new season. I'm glad it's almost done anyway.

Doubt that's it, Dave Lister is the mother remember. :)

More likely is that he sent the card to himself, seeing as he's his own dad etc.

Another fine possibility :guffaw:

But since they were 18 years old within three days, he might've taught them to call him Dad.
