Body Morphology & Somatotypes

Spinach really does have a bad rap. I think it's best served crispy, perhaps lightly cooked in olive oil.

I've always loved spinach, even as a little kid, and prepared pretty much any way: cooked with vinegar, fresh in a salad, saag paneer....my mouth waters just thinking about it!

I make a killer Norwegian spinach soup! The recipe is quite easy if you're interested: Sautee chopped sweet onion in plenty of butter, add and saute spinach, add chicken stock, season with only salt, pepper, and nutmeg. It is amazingly easy and remarkably tasty in its simplicity.

^Garlic might be odd with the nutmeg...but on the other hand could work. I'd omit the onion rather than substituting garlic, though. Maybe a dash of vinegar to give the bitter-sweet flavor removing the onion would leave out!

Add me as another lover of spinach.

I usually have them boiled and then sauteed lightly in virgin olive oil. Add grated parmigiano reggiano to your liking and a little bit of nutmeg. Quick and tasty.

But I don't like leaves!

As for my shits, I have recently discovered the digestive benefits of corn. :p

Wow, at least I'm pretty regular when it comes to that department. ;) I use the bathroom an average of five times a day: once in the morning, mid-morning, mid-afternoon, early evening, and late night.
