Well done to Showdown for winning the Siblings one, and Miss Lemon for coming second. They've both passed on the chance to set this week's contest, so it falls to me, having come third.

Which gives me the idea for the theme this week, actually!

Third Place.

That is to say, perhaps bronze medal winners, the third story/movie/book/album in a series, the third actor to play a role, the person with third billing in the credits... That kind of stuff.

No SF allowed, cos I suspect I'll use this theme again in the SF Avatar contest next time it's my turn to pick the theme there!

If it helps, feel free to justify what's "third" about your entry. or not, if it's obvious...

The Stooges weren't terribly good for me in the siblings contest, but I'm going with probably the least popular Stooge of all time here.

Joe Besser, the third third Stooge. Shemp only counts as one, even though he was in the group before and after Curly.
