Worf doesn't use any Yiddish expressions onscreen (and I very much wish he did!). I believe the idea originated in a Peter David YA novel, from a reasonable (but by no means conclusive) assumption about the family's background based on the Rozhenkos being played by Theodore Bikel and Georgia Brown.
