Not on the cover I am speaking of. We are a bit behind over here in the States, apparently, I don't know why Jenna is on the one you've seen, and Ace is on the one I've seen.

A much maligned story, and it does have Mel in it (Though, some people really like Mel? I like the audios I've heard with her), but, I actually enjoy the story of Time and The Rani and as you say, the first story after Regeneration are always fun watching the Doctor from the beginning, through his disorientation and seeing who he actually becomes.Like I said I was at the mall today and took a look at the magazines. And the current issue of DWM that I saw had William Hartnell on the cover.
Also while I was there I picked up the first Seven story 'Time and the Rani.' I know it's not an Ace story, but I figured if I was going to be delving into Seven stories, I might as well start with his regeneration story. Plus I always find it interesting how the Doctor goes through a period of slight amnesia where he has to get his bearings.
Oh, and beware of Mels scream. It will teach you to hate.
