Unless this version of Khan is a British national who was raised in India (such as many British nationals are today).

In another thread, someone posted (with NO sources, however) that Cumberbatch was Playing Captain Ronald Tracy. I put no stock in that rumor unless I see sources, but it is interesting that Cumberbatch looks very human.

Well assuming Cumberbach IS playing a Klingon, and not a human.
We have Kor, Koloth, Kang, Kruge. Khan is a possibility by JJ has said Khan is not in the fillm. No romulans this time but Klingons have been confirmed.
