That said, my shoulder hurts! I have suffered minor shoulder injuries before from weight lifting, but this is something new. I don't remember hurting it this time, but I imagine it is still related to lifting.
When I raise my arm, I have a very sharp pain that shoots through the front of my shoulder and into my collarbone. It doesn't hurt when my arm is at rest, but I can push on the top of my shoulder (my clavicle, maybe?) and there is a more dull pain, like pushing on a bruise.
Not sure what is going on. I am still able to function just fine. It's just very odd and very annoying.
