Once Upon a Time (ABC) - 1x02 till the bitter end

I wonder if he'll....

...have a friend named Boris the Spider. :D

The upcoming Beauty and the Beast episode looks good, but it may end sympathy for Mr. Gold. He's looking pretty mean in the trailers. I'll be a bit sad if he's really bad and irredeemable.

Nope, last Sunday was football. I suppose this would make the Beauty and Beast story their Valentines story.

Ah... that's why it's taking so long to come up on On Demand, I was starting to feel hostile, since sometimes it takes 2 or 3 days, but, never this long :alienblush:

Dam football, whats the point of freaking ESPN when they still show sports on regular stations.

The Storybrooke sequences could well be about happy endings in real life, instead of fairy tales. This would be far more subversive of low expectations than the fractured fairy tales, amusing as they are. In any event, whoever wrote the book is a player and until we know who that is, we can't make "progress" on the removal of the curse storyline. That storyline isn't stalled, it's nonexistent at this point. So far, it's all parallel and counterparallel between Storybrooke and Fairy Land.

I just read in an interview somewhere, I can't remember where ATM, that Emily de Ravin will be in multiple episodes. So if she dies, it won't be for a while.

But we are not seeing the fairy land parts in sequence, so it's possible for her to die (and we haven't seen her in Storybrooke yet, so that could be a reason for it).

Good point, I keep forgetting we're getting the flashbacks in non-chronological order.

Early in tonight's episode, there is a scene involving a rose seller. Pay special attention to the name of his business, painted on the side of his delivery truck.

Yeah, I laughed at that myself.

Maybe Jane Espenson came up with that, since she worked on that show while being supervising producer on this one.

The flower guys' truck had "Game of Thorns" written on the side. And I think it was supposed to look like the Tyrell House Sigil.

Finally, what I suspected several episodes ago is confirmed...Mr. Gold does remember that he's Rumple. Regina must've had an idea that he knew but she didn't know for sure and now she does.

Belle really pwned Rumple at the end. Emilie de Ravin did a good job as Belle. Can't wait to see what the story is with her in Storybrooke.
