Five Guys in D.C. (where they started) are pretty fantastic burgers.

DC actually has a good amount of good burger places. There's Five Guys, Ray's Hellburger, BGR, Elevation Burger, Fuddruckers... we just need an In-N-Out.

Yeah, but their fries are amazing.I'm kind of surprised by all the positive talk of Red Robin though. I think their burgers are okay but not any better or worse than all the other sit-down chains out there.

Another +1 for Fuddruckers, that place was amazing. Haven't seen one in years. Now, a while back we used to have a sit-down style restaurant that specialized in burgers (Fuddruckers) and they were awesome. The only local franchise we had here closed down a few years ago so:. And the other sit-down style restaurants around here mostly have okay burgers.
I prefer....Flemings, or Ruth's Chris.
No, just another average over priced chain.Euphemism.Backyard Burger.
Completely opposite to my experience. Everything is always fresh and very tasty. It was thin, flat, dry, crumbly, as were all the others that were being assembly-lined together.
