Transporter Malfunction - and the crew ends up Guest-Starring on ____?

Re: Transporter Malfunction - and the crew ends up Guest-Starring on _

Hogan's Heroes
Kirk and Hogan must outwit Maj Hochstetter's plan to take over the camp by using Chekov to convince the German's that the Russians have infiltrated German High Command.

Re: Transporter Malfunction - and the crew ends up Guest-Starring on _

It just has to be the Bat Cave in the 1966-69 BATMAN series. Either that or one of the Diabolical Criminal Masterminds found some way to lure Kirk and party to a secret hideout, and it's up to Batman, Robin, Batgirl and Commissioner Gordon to find the missing party!

BATMAN is the perfect match, since it is from the same era, photography is therefore a perfect match, and even the music overlaps a little.

A close second would be...

Wait

for

it...

LOST IN SPACE!

The Avengers: just to see Kirk and Spock and McCoy running around sixties-era England with Steed and Emma.

I'm sure Spock would find Emma Peel "fascinating."

You could always do a screen adaptation of Barbara Hambly's Ishmael.

Re: Transporter Malfunction - and the crew ends up Guest-Starring on _

Kirk gets thrown back in time to the 20th Century. He is arrested by T.J. Hooker and defended in court by Denny Crane.

What about Walter Bascomb?

And I'd love even more to see Spock mindmeld with Gilligan on the island, while the Skipper sucks up to Kirk as a fellow captain. (Meanwhile, Kirk tries to choose between Ginger and Mary Ann.)
I could see the Professor trying to engage Spock in conversation, having been starved for intelligent conversation all those years...

But which of Shatner's other TV characters got murdered? If it's time travel, why not a paradox whereby Kirk's "Barbary Coast" character (can't recall the name) gets killed?

I love this idea, btw! :guffaw: :guffaw: :guffaw:

Re: Transporter Malfunction - and the crew ends up Guest-Starring on _

Growing up on Walton's Mountain gave one a deep love of tradition and a desire to preserve the good things. Yet against all odds, some like me, harbored a desire for things new and exciting. Still, one day, I was to encounter more that I had bargained for.

"Howdy, Ike."

"Why hello, John-Boy. How's your grandpa?"

"Not good at all, Ike. He's still talking of Mister Spock of the Enterprise, the man
from space that he met in the cave."

"What's the latest?"

"Oh, Grandpa says that Mister Spock needs some platinum so that he can go back to the 22nd century."

"Sigh. When a man's mind goes, the imagination takes over. And old Zeb certainly can concoct a story. Wait, here comes your sister. I'll bet there's a new development.

And have John Malkovich play the Judge, the Prosecutor, the 12 Jurors, Bailiffs, and Court Reporter.

;)

I know this is topic-reversed, but can you imagine Barney Fife in a landing party as a redshirt?

Re: Transporter Malfunction - and the crew ends up Guest-Starring on _

Guest-strring on GOOD TIMES:

McCoy: Jim...why'd ya stop me? Do ya know what you did?

Kirk: (turns around) J.J.--and Mrs Evans..I'm sorry. Your... husband James is...dead. Hit by a car.

Mrs. Evans: DAMN, DAMN, DAMN!!! (Runs off)

McCoy: You have a thing for getting people hit by cars, don't you?

Write it! write it! Please write it! I'd give my last dime to read that script!

My vote is to make Kirk, Spock and McCoy Ghostbusters. I never thought of it until my girl at GoodGirlVideosA1 posted this on YouTube.
