The Dark Knight Rises Anticipation Station

Use of a wig, perhaps? I guess it really isn't that much worse than a criminal grabbing one of the "bat ears".

According to Teddy Blass over at Nolan Films, it was James Newton-Howard's decision to bow out of co-composing The Dark Knight Rises score. Apparently he started feeling like a third wheel. While that's understandable, it's still saddening. I'm going to miss his musical touch that he brought to these scores.

A lot could happen. I just find it odd that Batman wears all this armor, yet has part of his face exposed. They have to stay true to a certain look, but still.

^Yep. A wig, similar colour to the wearers real hair. Leave a few strands at a crime scene, the forensics people find them, say 'oh, it's a wig, we're not looking for a red head after all'. And thus the finger of suspicion is deflected.

And, this being Nolan tech, set things up so that if any one does yank on it, they get a few thousand volts for their troubles.

They had Batgirl wearing a wig in the Adam West series didn't they?

I was just thinking something similar. Nolan's kept things somewhat grounded, but he still stays true to the characters' look from the comic, and this is a pretty good way to justify showing the hair.

As for the costume, I don't know how she'd get that armored suit without having access to Wayne or Fox's resources. Robin on the other hand, I can see wearing a suit identical to Batman's but with his own colors.

How I'd do it: Have Batgirl, as in the original comics, create her own costume for a fancy dress party. She sees a crime taking place, gets involved and stops it. Through out the rest of the movie she attempts to assist Batman, who initially doesn't want her help. At a key moment she shows her worth, so Batman, who has quickly deduced her identity, provides her with some suitable technology and armour, reasoning she's just going to keep on trying, and she's got a better chance of survival if properly kitted out.

Batman: Here you go Barbara, Lucio....ahem I mean I, made it myself...

Batgirl: Wait how do you know who I am?

Batman: I'm Batman!

I've just seen this: the Lamborghini Ankonian.

Would make for a nice Batmobile that needs to be really fast, and not an armored tank.

That's very Batmobile-looking, looks sort of like the Batmobiles in the comics currently, partly like the one used in "All Star Batman."
