Eon by Greg Bear. Trying to make my way through the entire Masterworks series. We'll see.
That's quite an undertaking! But I bet a pretty rewarding one.
We'll see. It'll probably take me 3-4 years I imagine. There's so much other stuff I want to read too.

Finished Diane Duane's final installment of the Rihannsu saga, The Empty Chair. Here's my review! In a word: excellent.

Currently reading The Survivors by Marion Zimmer Bradley & Paul Edwin Zimmer (I strongly suspect that Paul Zimmer did the bulk of the writing -- the text doesn't read like something MZB would've written.)

I see I haven't been here since October 28. Did some reading: "Blake: Complete Writings" edited by Keynes plus "Aphorisms on Man" by Lavater & "The Essays" by Bacon and "Fearful Symmetry: A Study of William Blake" by Northrop Frye. After reading the 'www trilogy' by Sawyer, I read "Out of the Dark" by David Weber which has a Deus ex machina so to speak. And I did read "The Rise and Fall of Khan Noonien Singh" (Volumes I & II) by Greg Cox. Lastly, I read a Signet Classic of "Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde" by Stevenson.
Overall this year I read 30 Star Trek novels, 12 other fiction items, and, 26 non-fiction items. Or thereabouts. Gradually becoming a bit more literary too. Sigh.

Wow! I'm pleasantly surprised to see that people are still reading my old ALIAS books. I don't hear much about those anymore.

If you ever get around to reading it, we'd be interested in your take on how King handled time-travel. It's quite good.

yes, i'm now reading What Judgements Come. it was actually a re-read of PoA, as I was/am re-reading the series from Battle Born forward before i read Rogue Forces and Black Wolf.
PoA is actually probably my all-time favourite DB novel.

I've definitely read one of them before and enjoyed it (Two of a kind). Saw this one on Kindle and decided to get it. I don't think I've read "Road not taken" but I'll have to check it's not hidden away in my library somewhere because if I have, that one will be in paperback.
I think my favourite is probably still Flight of the Old Dog
Finally finished Mission Gamma Twilight last night.
Going to finish Terry Goodkind's Soul of the Fire, and I also got a copy of Michael Reaves Shadow Games for Christmas, than I think I will dive back into Trek.
Before I go on with Mission Gamma though, Im going to read Indistinguishable from Magic.
