The Dark Knight Rises Anticipation Station

^ And the Rouges seem to chill mostly across the bay in Central City anyway.

Failing that, you could always live in Detroit for the sad fact that its probably the safest city to live in the DCU.

No thanks. Too many giant robots and alien invaders.;)

You would probably be under "Lex Luthor's tax plan" or something where he's got his hands all over it.

Real Estate. Supposed to be prime property in the DCU which is why the Waynes own most of it. Not to mention that Gotham in the DCU is supposed to be one of the oldest American cities. The crime rate would make me just a tourist :) I'd prefer Metropolis myself.

And we saw what happens to tourists in Gotham in the 1989 movie.

:D

The dad should have fought for a cab!

^ They weren't tourists. They only looked like tourists because the dumb kid had a map. Although, would taking a cab be that much safer? If you say yes, then clearly you never been in a cab.

Yeah, it's best to keep the Reds where they belong.

I'll stick with a smaller community in Louisiana away from both Baton Rouge and New Orleans. It's a great policy in the real world too.

As far as I know Phoenix seems to have stayed pretty safe over the years.
Didn't Starman (Will Payton) operate out of there for a while?
Huh, I just looked the city up on DC Comics Database and apparently he did. I did not know that. They actually have five pages of comics that feature Phoenix... so I guess it probably isn't that safe in the DC universe.
