Trek RPG minis

I've been playing some Heroscape lately, and was craving some Trek action. So I looked around for Trek minis, and if you can find them, they're really pricey.

[RANT]Why aren't we getting Trek "Superhero Squad/DC Action League" style figures!!! They did a short run of Dr Who figures for crying out loud!!![/RANT]

So I went looking around and found some cool Trek cardboard minis... and not being able to leave well enough alone, made a few of my own.
Enjoy:

A couple of Gorn warrior babes. (You can tell they're girl Gorns because they have feathers... and boobs.)

I love the webcomic Lackadaisy, so I made Lackadaisy Caits.

And since the Captain needs someone to rescue...

Rather, mammary glands upon an alien biped with some attributes analogous to terran reptiles. Doesn't mean they parallel every feature. Platipus, anyone?

"No, thanks. I just ate."

Sincerely,

Bill

Oh, the debate this caused on the original board. As recall, Cardassian women have knockers, and so do the Voth. Dr. Who even had a hot, ass-kicking reptilian babe with boobs. So there.

Oh, Baxart, for some reason, you're Lackadaisy Caits are not displaying for me. I thought it might just be my browser, but accessing your ImageShack page, I can see your Gorn images, but the Caitians that are part of the same line-up don't display there, either.

Anyone experiencing this?

Sincerely,

Bill

Using my absolute Internet sense... It feels like you're using IE, aren't you? For some reason IE doesn't seem to like those.

Just tried it with FireFox now that I'm home (only IE is allowed at work) and now I can see the remaining images.

Smart assessment, Baxart!

Sincerely,

Bill

Those are pretty rad. I'd love to see your take on a human Starfleet crew and some TOS Klingons for them to duke it out with! You say your playing Heroscape? Great game. Did you stat these guys out yet?

--Alex

P.S. Why am I getting a vague Princess Leia vibe from the Orion chick?

No haven't stat'd them.

I did my own take on TOS a while back,
Klingons:

And TOS with new uniforms:

I put security in gray, separating them a little more from support services.

AS far as the Leia vibe, I see it now, :bolian: wasn't even thinking of that.

Oh, yeah! I remember those! I particularly like the open jacket design you did for Uhura. And the Kim Possible "crossover", well, I've been a sucker for Kimmy ever since I saw the first promos for her series way back when. *Sigh* Your "security service" design makes a great alternative to the TMP uniforms.

Sincerely,

Bill

So we played a little Trekscape on Christmas Eve.

So the landing party stumbled onto a Gorn ritual...

Then they discover a strange energy signature, and that a few members of the party have gone missing...

Seems that the Klingons are looking for that energy signature too! And they have hostages!

And following Trek tradition, they have to work with the Klingons.

That stuff is great! Any chance you'll post all your characters? Those all look amazing. I've been thinking about running a Trek adventure with my role-playing buddies too. I small collection of cardstock figures like this would make that go real well!

Well T'Girl, he's not really from anything, I made him up. As far as his "other weapon"... That was not intentional, but maybe it makes him look a little more "formidable".
