Happy Halloween!

We had 23 trick or treaters tonight. Not bad since we've been here only two months. I still have well over half a bowl of candy left, and it's filled with Laffy Taffys, Nerds, Snickers, Twix, SweetTarts, and so on. Mmm... candy. Must avoid. Don't want to die from sugar overdose, but... so... good.... mmm... peanuts.

Third apartment complex I've ever lived in (and my wife's first), 5 Halloweens. Still no trick treater.

I just told her we shouldn't have a bowl of candy until we have a house.

I stood outside so they could see me. Shouldn't have to, since it was rather brisk (though I liked it), but until I did that, they kept passing by the apartment.

We live in a large apartment complex and I have no idea if they trick-or-treat here. It's a very ethnic community so I'm not even sure if many of the kids here participate in Halloween. I put out a bowl with some candy bars, chocolate eyeballs, scary costume glasses, Halloween gummy snacks, and Halloween stickers. If anyone does come by, they can pick out whatever they want.

next year its lights out its becoming a waste of time for me.
