Yeah, basically here's the way to think about it. There are certain conceits to accept in a Superman movie.

One is that he can fly.
Another is that he is relatively invulnerable.
A third is that people don't recognize that he is Clark Kent.

While there are certainly plot related elements that the movie will address and you can consider based on plausibility, but it doesn't make sense to accept the background canon as far as whether he can fly and not accept that glasses are a really good disguise for him.
