Thankfully I haven't seen it.
I don't really bother with DS9.
It went like this:
Worf told Jadzia of the time he was a kid and playing on his school soccer team. He and a human player both made a play for the ball at the same time. Their heads collided and the human boy died. So that's why Worf is so serious and restrained, he is afraid of this happening again since humans are so fragile.
At least until that DS9 episode where he explains to Jadzia exactly why he isn't one.
Ugh, no. As far as I'm concerned, that never happened. The only thing from Let He Who Is Without Sin... that I HAVEN'T tried to erase from my mind is Terry Farrel in a one-piece swimsuit.
That scene is the only thing that episode has going for it.
Thing is, it didn't NEED explaining. Sometimes someone just has a very serious personality, and I didn't see anything wrong with that being the case for Worf. Despite some tendencies in Star Trek, not every member of an alien race is going to act the same way. Gotta love how well it fits with his apparently enthusiastic Parrises Squares participation with other humans in 11001001, too.
And IMHO, it makes perfect sense.

I'm surprised there are still people who haven't seen all of the series at this late date. Especially since DS9 wins a fair number of the best-Trek-series polls, you'd think anyone into one of the shows would have at least checked it out.
It's funny how each series has it's own mini-fanbase, and they all can have distinctly different feelings about things.

I just didn't enjoy it that much.
Starfleet based on an old Cardassian space station? Not really for me.
I remember it more as Trek's first real attempt at arc-based-storytelling, a plethora of interesting secondary characters, a strategic location offering the opportunity to delve deeply into Alpha Quadrant politics, and the most epic war story Trek has done to date. But to each his own.
