Possibly, but it would have been an entirely different show, presumably with better writing and a lot less Eddie Cibrian. They would never have touched the topic if it requiring getting approval from Playboy, Inc, and thereby depriving the show of much-needed bite by turning it into corporate ass-kissing mush.do wonder if it could have been successful on AMC or Showtime though.
