Scarlett Johansson naked pictures leaked

While I am sure Roger Wilco was cracking a joke, I don't think anyone here is celebrating her invasion of privacy by looking at the pics.

Before these pics were leaked, there were two pieces of that beautiful woman I hadn't previously seen in either a movie or a paid photo shoot: her bare nipples and vagina. Now there is one area I haven't already seen. I feel a bad for her that her privacy was violated, and I hope that if criminal activity was involved in their release that justice is served.

"Sexting" is obviously a recent thing, but taking naked pictures of yourself for your significant other is definitely not. If it was 1987 and she had taken some Polaroids of herself for her husband that got stolen from her home, it would basically be the same thing, but I don't think anyone would be telling her she's crazy for photographing herself naked.

Again, they're picture of her naked body, not pictures of her committing a crime.

Although I must say, it's a crime more women can't look like that. ;)

I was half joking. Sure, it's horrible to publish a woman's nude pictures without her consent, humiliating, depending on the circumstances probably criminal, but definitely despicable.

But, I mean, just look at the photos. She's marvelous. I'm a happier person having seen that.

According to Rob Lowe, some celebrities arrange to have nude pictures "leaked" and then act shocked or mortified after the fact, all for publicity. That's not always the case, or necessarily the case here, but he says it does happen.
Oh, I have no doubt that some people do that, including intentionally leaking sex tapes and then acting horrified. I just doubt that's the case here.

After the news broke, I looked to see if Scarlett had anything coming out soon that needed publicity. You never know if these things are planned or not. Then I read about hackers and an FBI investigation.

I like her, and she's a very attractive woman without her clothes off (as well as on). She has nice breasts. OTOH, I found Lively even more attractive undressed.

These "leaks" don't appear to be going away. Maybe at some point the "prurience factor" or what-have-you will go away for Americans - of course young actors are good-looking and of course a lot of us like to see them undressed, but it's not a big deal.

I can do nothing but agree.

So I saw the pictures. It took me about 5 seconds to find them on Google. And all I have to say is...big deal. A couple of blurry phone pics of an ass in a mirror, and a pic of a breast. The only reason why this is such a hot topic is that SJ has never been seen nude before. I have phone pics of my fiancee that look better than this. Hell, I have HD camera pics of her that look better than this. Actually, I have HD camera pics of my dog that look better than this.

Can't wait to see them when they get leaked.

These actresses are having their cell photos, etc hacked by a group calling themselves Hollywood Leaks who have declared "war". They are also responsible for posting last year cell phone numbers for Miley Cyrus, and a bunch of other celebs and have posted a script to Tom Cruise's upcoming movie "Rock of Ages". They also have claimed to have a whole boat load of pics, numbers, and scripts that they are sitting on just waiting to unleash.
I find it disturbing how everyone here celebrates invasion of privacy.

I find it disturbing that not everyone has looked at them.

Or is high and mighty about not looking at them. To each their own...I took a look at them and thought they were okay, nothing speculator and they aren't meant to be that since they were taken and meant to be private. I don't really think you can judge private photos like you can if they were Playboy shots or something.

Definitely a "to each their own" sentiment. I just find it interesting that someone is disturbed at the idea of looking at a lovely nude female celebrity's leaked pictures. Privacy? Yes, it is terrible that someone breached her privacy. Does that mean we're not going to look? Hell, no. Human curiosity is too much, particularly in regard to a noted celebrity.

^ Indeed. I agree that it is disturbing that these people (and regular every day people) are being hacked and having their private material leaked on the internet but that doesn't mean we shouldn't look at them. It really is a matter of preference, either you want to or you don't. No big deal.

Why shouldn't I watch pirated movies? I mean, yeah it's so bad they got stolen and leaked, but they're great, aren't they? And they were uploaded anyway.

So you're okay with cell phone images being mass produced, copyrighted, and sold as a commercial entity? Because your analogy only makes sense in that context.

Edit: Much to my surprise (and chagrin ), you're actually right. I did some checking around and it seems that cell phone pics are copyrighted works. Surprised the hell out of me. So yes, you are correct.

I still stand by my statements on Star Trek XI though. You'll change those when you pry them from my very much alive, but likely arthritic hands. :shifty:
