10/10...Fantastic episode, although the bit with the three melons was a bit much, totally love the new look tartan tardis, and who knew the Dr could go fly, and what about that cliff hanger, will Hitler really be the right choice as a new companion for the Dr, only time will tell i suppose...............cant wait for next week episode, loved the clip of Hitler cutting Jesus down from the cross while trying to stand on the Dr shoulders.......looked very funny.:p

On January 27 of this year, Stephen Colbert interviewed Cornell psychology professor Daryl Bem, who has proposed "retroactive influence", based on his studies in which test subjects showed higher incidence of esp when the materials being used/shown to test the subjects were sexually titillating or porn-related (when compared to less smutty materials). As Colbert reports, "The pleasure of looking at naughty photos is so great, it ripples backwards from the future to influence us in the present."

... I truly hope that this incidence of "preemptive dislike" is not brought about because of 'questionable' content in this Hitler episode!!

Don't forget the shots of Mme. Kovarian in her knickers! Hawt!

Good episode. The stuff with the guns reminded me a smidgen of the old Atkinson children in need special.

And the silence isn't a species eh? So are the mind shrouders just the most prevalent species in it? Were they "given" the religion by someone else?

That was fun - I like that River better than the normal River... by which I mean, really, I'd do her.

So, is the answer to the unknown question 42?

Could the question be related to the Doctor's name?

Also, Moffat mentioned a regeneration limit. So that is done with now. Also the transfer explains why River didn't regenerate in the Library.

That wasn't exactly what I was expecting, fucking loved it though and had a fair few laugh-out-loud moments.

Limits can be broken at any time by reintroducing the time lords though.
Well River only regenerated twice, so perhaps she gave the Doctor all her remaining ones (minus the one to revive him) so that he now has 11 more.

Alex Kingston. Mm-hm. Oh yeah. My mind will remain single-track for the rest of the weekend...
The only thing that would top it would be if she somehow won tomorrow's Grand Prix...

I got the feeling from the doctor not regenerating that the Judas tree poison was so powerful that it took however many regenerations she had left just to stop it.
