Things we've learn from video games

If you empty a clip into a soldier on your own side he'll be a bit pissed off for a minute but otherwise fine.

If you empty a clip into a member of the opposite team, he'll just run up and kill you with one swipe of his knife from about 30 feet away. :klingon:

when sniping it's entirely possible to quickly raise the scope to your eye, fire and then drop it away whilst running. AND HIT THE TARGET.

A platoon of hoe-wielding peasants clad in togas can clean up a square of nuclear waste in just one turn, without any ill effects at all.

When you're in a gunfight in open land, the best thing to do is run around your enemy in circles.

Hiding inside a cardboard box can conceal you from guards.

When traveling the world with a party of powerful heroes, monsters will always attack you and not the townspeople.

Fishing is harder/more annoying than you'd think.

Resting for 10 seconds (or eating a ration/finding a health pack) can heal bullet wounds.

You can fall from any height without injury as long as you land directly on your ass.
